As our Probiotic Water Kefirs are perishable drinks, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the customer. You may request to cancel your order and have it refunded up until you receive either:
a) the product itself (local pickup)
b) an out for delivery notification / tracking number (local delivery or express shipping)
This practice guarantees that our products remain safe and untampered with for all customers. since we cannot monitor how customers will store their products and their refrigeration conditions. Our products are 'live,' and ensuring that they are kept at refrigeration temperature (at or below 4° C) is of upmost importance for food safety.
Upon the cancellation of all or part of your order, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve confirmed your cancellation and you still do not see a refund / the pending charge has still gone through, please contact us at email@example.com.
